Arlin Murphree
Bartlesville Route Manager
Arlin Murphree has been an institution in the Customer Service dept., with over 25 years of "keeping people happy, making dreams come true." As a Route Manager, Arlin excels in applying his skills as a trainer with military precision. Over the years, Arlin has served in most all of the positions in the Customer Service dept and is one of few who have had the privilege of working under the guidance of Mat's father, LeRoy Saddoris and grandfather, Arlen Saddoris. Arlin's first job was as a route driver running Rt. 7 in a green, single-wheeled step van better known as a "watermelon." Arlin has been married for 28 years to his high-school sweetheart, Vickie. Together, they have a son, Brandon, who is following along in his father's footsteps and running Rt 6. Arlin is not only an accomplished routeman, but quite a hand at automotive mechanics, applying his skills to his beloved '69 Camaro.
Bryan Taggart
Tulsa Route Manager
Bryan Taggart, a proud Oklahoma State graduate, was born in Bartlesville, OK and raised in Copan. After graduating from Copan High School, Bryan went to Oklahoma State University where he graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education. Bryan was the Physical Education teacher at Osage Hills School before coming over to United Linen, where he started working on Rt 11. With his consistent effort and diligent attention to detail, Bryan was chosen as Route Manager for the Tulsa area routes. Bryan is married with 1 child and likes hunting, fishing and shooting skeet. When asked what he likes to hunt, he said, "Whatever's in season."
Bryon Long
OKC Area Manager
Bryon Long, born in Ponca City, OK and raised in Shydler, OK, started working for United Linen over 18 years ago running the Sun Oil route part-time, 2 days a week. With his strong work ethic and an ability to lead others, Bryon was picked to run the OKC depot after United Linen purchased Nu-Way. Bryon now oversees 7 routes that service the southern Oklahoma markets. Bryon enjoys woodworking and the metallurgy arts.
Dan Jenkin
Bartlesville Area Manager
Dan Jenkin was born and raised in the great state of Washington. After working in the agricultural industry specializing in crop irrigation maintenance, Dan, his wife and 3 children moved to Bartlesville, OK and took a position in the Customer Service dept of United Linen as a Customer Service Rep on Rt. 6. Dan likes golf and watching most sporting events on TV. When asked what he likes most about working for United Linen, Dan said, "I like the fact that United Linen has a higher purpose besides just being in business to be in business."
Kalim Underwood
OKC Route Manager
Kalim Underwood started life as 1 of 11 children in Oklahoma City, OK. While in high school. Kalim received a football scholarship to attend NEO, where he received his Associates degree. After that, it was on to the Univ. of Wyoming where Kalim was a Criminal Justice major. Kalim's work experience includes 6 years with American Linen before coming onboard with United Linen. For over 2 years, Kalim has practiced the art of customer service as a route driver and a route jumper. When not working on a route, Kalim can be found spending time with his 2 children as well as playing Halo on his Xbox, weightlifting and writing poetry.
Rick Deckard
Tulsa Area Manager
Rick Deckard, the junior member of the United Linen Area Manager team, oversees the Tulsa routes, including Rts 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 & 70. Previous to United Linen, Rick had served in the Navy on board the aircraft carrier, U.S.S. Forrestal as an electrician. Like Dan, Rick started out as a Customer Service Rep on Route 6, and has served in all the Customer Service dept positions before becoming the Tulsa Area Manager. Rick has 3 children and lives in Bartlesville.
Tom Stookey
Arkansas Area Manager
Tom Stookey, Arkansas Area Manager, has worked for United Linen for 18 years, starting out as a Customer Service Rep on Rt. 8 with Bob Pickle as his Supervisor. Since then, Tom moved his way up through the ranks, ultimately taking on the opportunity to grow the United Linen business in the Arkansas market. When not hard at work, Tom likes to play golf and spend time with his family. Toms says his work philosophy is to work "side by side" with his team mates and to always stay teachable.

Bob Pickle
Sales Manager
21 years ago a friend told Bob of a job opening at United Linen. Bob's first job with United Linen was on Rt. 11, servicing the Claremore area. After a couple of years, Bob moved up as Route Supervisor where he oversaw the operation of United Linen's routes. In 1991, Bob became Sales Manager, where he has enjoyed helping United Linen and its employees grow and prosper. Common sense and the ability to trust and believe in others are attributes that have helped Bob succeed at United Linen. And although nothing beats the thrill of landing a sale, Bob likes spending his spare time deer hunting, bass fishing and growing plump, juicy tomatoes.
Catherine Smith
VP Sales/Service
Catherine Smith has been at United Linen for 2 years. Prior to joining United Linen, she was at K & E Field Services where she served as Office Manager. Catherine received her education at Oklahoma Wesleyan University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2006. Previously she had received an Associates of Applied Science degree from Rogers State University in 1994. Catherine lives in Bartlesville, OK with her family. In her spare time she enjoys pencil sketching, reading and trying her hand at different decorating schemes.
Kristin Crawford
Human Resources Director
Kristin Crawford is the Human Resources Director for United Linen & Uniform Services. Kristin is highly involved with synchronizing the efforts of hiring, training and paying United Linen's employees. As Human Resources Director, Kristin has responsibility for all of the functions that deal with the needs and activities of United Linen's people including organizational development, performance management, salary & benefits and policy recommendation. While living in Bartlesville with her husband and their 2 children, Kristin also enjoys spending time playing canasta and reading mystery novels.
Mat Saddoris
President/Owner
Mat grew up going to the Saddoris Laundry facility with his dad in the evenings and on weekends. When he left for school on a baseball scholarship, Mat earned his Bachelors of Science Degree from Phillips University in Business Management /Marketing. Through the years, Mat has worked his way up through the company, serving in several capacities of the laundry business, such as running a route, Inventory Control, Customer Service to his current position as President. He also graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in 1994 and is a licensed minister. Mat is most proud that he has been able to take the family business and grow it, like his grandfather and father before him. Mat was born, raised and continues to live in Bartlesville, OK with his family.
Nancy Cranor
VP Technology & Information
In 1977 Star Wars came out, Earl Campbell won the Heisman Trophy, Laverne and Shirley was the top show on TV and Nancy Cranor, needing a summer job, was referred to United Linen by a friend. Her first job was sorting linen and through the years has worked her way up to her current position as Office Manager. Nancy is most proud of the opportunity she has had to work with all the people that have made United Linen the company that it is today. Nancy looks forward to United Linen's continued growth, the opportunity to enhance the communities in which we serve... and a good cup of coffee.
Rocky Denman
VP Operations
Rocky has enjoyed a successful career at United Linen, spanning 15 years. Rocky Denman started out as a Maintenance Tech 1 and a year later, became the Maintenance Manager. In 2001, Rocky was promoted to Production Manager, overseeing the production of a diverse range of products. Prior to United Linen, Rocky worked for Shelton Oil out of Nowata, OK. Rocky Denman graduated from White Oak High School and continued his studies at Rogers State College. When not at work, Rocky can be found meticulously restoring his 1979 Corvette. We promise to post a picture when it's finished.
Scott Townsend
Marketing Director
Scott started his college education at Kansas University and ended it at Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. After graduating, Scott went on to work for the Disney Co. at Walt Disney World and then Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he served as a Marketing Manager. Scott started working as a route driver in 1999 for the newly formed First Aid division of United Linen. After several years consecutively as Customer Service manager and Professional Development Coordinator, Scott enjoys the collaborative process that makes up the Marketing Director position. Hobbies include jogging, reading, going to the movies with his wife and watching Oklahoma State University win anything.
