Q: What is United Linen's service area?
A: We service NE Oklahoma, Tulsa, Oklahoma City and surrounding area, NW Arkansas and SE Kansas including Wichita. Our headquarters is in Bartlesville, OK, where we've been since 1936
Q: Can I pay my United Linen bill with a credit card?
A: Yes you can. All you need to do is call 800-259-6808 and ask for Accounts Payable. Our Accounts Payable dept will help you get your account set up so you can pay your monthly bill by credit card.
Q: Will I recieve a copy of my credit card receipt?
A: No. This is because your invoice will act as your receipt. Your credit card will be billed at the end of every month for that month's charges. Your invoices should add up to the amount shown on your United Linen statement and the total on your statement will be the amount charged to the credit card we have on file for your account.
Q: Why do I have to give an alternate color when placing my Christmas order?
A: We've learned a few things over the years where Christmas orders are concerned and have come up with a solution to help you place your orders and help us fill those orders. The solution is alternates. Alternates are a system we've put in place to help us meet your party-planning needs. Because the demand for a few colors such as Red, Forest Green and Burgundy are so high during the month of December, we have found it necessary to ask for an alternate color of a more common nature (White Ivory or Black). By providing an alternate, you've got one less thing to worry about while you're in the party-planning mode.
Q: I have a question about my invoice. Who do I talk to?
A: For questions about your invoice, statements or questions about your account in general, please call our Service Desk at 1-800-259-6808. Please have your account name and/or account number ready. The Service Desk is ready to handle most questions regarding your account. However, if you would like an in-depth look into your account or would like an account analysis done, the Service Desk will refer you to an Area Service Manager who has been assigned to your account.
Q: Why is there a special handling charge on my invoice for an off-day delivery?
A: A special handling charge is placed on all orders where the delivery is made on a day other than the normal delivery day.
Q: Can I get a copy of my United Linen invoice/statement?
A: Please contact our Customer Service department at 1.800.259.6808 to request a copy of the invoice or statement.
Q: I've rented linen for a party. How long can I keep them before I need to return them?
A: Within the week of renting the products. We rent our products on a week-to-week basis. If you choose to keep the rented items longer than 1 week, another week's charge will be applied to your account.
Q: I need to pay my bill. What is your mailing address for the United Linen account receivable department?

Q: What methods of payment does United Linen accept?
A: Cash, checks, money orders, & cashier's checks. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover) are used for Office Pick-Ups and charge accounts.
